Signs of a trustworthy store

• Card payment on a secure page (padlock and https), not transfers to personal accounts or Zelle payments to strangers.
• Clear prices before paying: the total including delivery and fees, with no surprise charges to your family.
• Order tracking: you can see whether it's paid, on the way or delivered.
• Proof of delivery: a photo when your family receives it.
• Help from a real person, by WhatsApp or email, if something goes wrong.
• An identifiable company, with its own domain and contact details, not just a social media profile.

Red flags

• Prices far below everyone else, "today only".
• They ask you to pay a personal account or in crypto.
• There's no way to check the order status or anyone to complain to.
• They ask your family for money on delivery.
